As a second generation artist, drawing and painting has been an ever
present part of Steven's life. Upon receiving his BFA from CSULB in 1982, Steven launched into the commercial side of art, founding the Curry Design Agency, earning numerous awards, including, 3 pieces in the permanent collection of the U.S. Library of Congress. In 2002, Steven returned to his original love of drawing and painting, choosing the beautiful valley of Ojai as home and inspiration.
