Carlos Grasso, 3 Major Events in June.

Saturday June 1: Opening reception of the “Actual Reality” Exhbit at the Museum of Ventura County from 6 to 8 pm.
A two men show shared with artist Peter Fox (assemblages). The show runs until August 17th.
“The cyber-world has its advantages, but what are we losing if the ease of entering the virtual world supplants what we know as the hard work of living an actual life?” – Peter Fox
Carlos Grasso’s luminous, vibrant shreddings and multi-colored assemblages along with Peter Fox’s often humorously concocted found objects wish to engage the viewers with analog appreciation of what can be seen and touched in real time.

Saturday June 8: Ojai Studio Artists (OSA) free “Mini-Tour” at his studio and four other OSA artists’ studios (Gayel Childress-Painter, Richard Franklin-Ceramist, Valerie Freeman-Sculptor and Nancy Whitman-Painter) from 10 am to 4 pm.
