From as far back as I can remember, there was always a need to explore offbeat and unusual ways and means of expressing myself. It was always difficult to run with the herd, so to speak. Not that I held any resentment or animosity toward the norm, it simply did not work for me. The shoe didn’t fit, so I went barefoot.
With no formal training I embarked on my self taught journey to come to the present day where I believe some justice has been served in the fact that I am still standing and can look back on a past that holds countless creations in a wide variety of mediums.

Being an artist isn’t a job or even a calling. Instead it is an entire lifestyle. Living that lifestyle is the difference between producing good art and inspired art. It takes courage to live the life of an artist means to continuously live in the moment, be prepared to grasp the moment whenever it appears. You can’t schedule inspiration and without inspiration there is no art!
