
Becoming an artist was forced on me by circumstance rather than by any real merit of my own. With the perspective of a military child living in and experiencing cultures and events in post World War II Asia, I entered adolescence with eyes wide open if not spotted with a degree of glazed apprehension. Moreover, as a young adult, chance, circumstance and curiosity led me willingly to influencers as I learned more about the world its people and their values.
