I started my textural work in 2010 as a cancer patient going through chemo, hyped up on steroids and unable to sleep. I spent hours rolling little balls of clay and gluing them onto panels to paint. I then graduated to other materials. This piece which was begun in 2010 and finished in 2022 is part of a series I call “Strength, Beauty and Change”
