I'm mostly known for my sculptures in stone, metal, and glass, my HOLOS jewelry and small 3D printed metal sculptures. I took a challenge when I was invited to Linda Taylor's Letter Press workshop. I had the idea to use my digital design of a Torus geometric print, laser cut it out of acrylic, and use it as a template for embossing fine art paper in her letter press. What an amazing discovery that I could turn paper into a three-dimensional artwork! The embossed toroidal design is mounted on Mexican bark paper.
This is what I will be exhibiting at the Beatrice Wood Center, exhibition dates from January 17th - March 7th. There will be a reception on January 17th from 2-4pm. I invite you to come and see what I created in the "Artful Adventure" exhibition.

The next opportunity to come see my artwork will be March 14th for the OSA Second Saturday studio visits from 10-5pm. You are also welcome to contact me for an appointment to come see my artwork. You can also explore my website at BrianBerman.art.
Best wishes for the new year and I look forward to seeing in the near future.
Brian
