I just finished two new sterling silver necklaces for the October Tour - 'Moon Rising' is set with a Dendritic Quartz and Champagne Diamonds in the sky; and 'Celestial Seas' features ammonite fossil impressions and a beautiful Freshwater Pearl with Champagne Diamond stars as well.
After making the wax models these pieces are cast in Sterling Silver using the ancient
method of Lost Wax Casting. I'll be demonstrating how I do this at the Ojai Valley Museum during the Third Friday event, September 20, 5-7pm.
And we'll have demos on display at my studio and all my new Sculptural Jewelry during the Tour October 12 - 14.
