Yolanda Bergman - Make Your own "Floral Mosaic Banner" Worshop.

I’m excited to share my latest piece, a" Floral Mosaic Banner". This is done in stained glass, grouted, sealed and ready to hang. I will be offering a workshop to create an 18-inch mosaic banner. I loved this project as it allowed me to explore a dynamic blend of colors and textures through a stained glass mosaic technique that brings each petal and leaf to life.

The composition is a lively gathering of flowers in warm shades of yellow, orange, pink, and peach, set against a backdrop of large, detailed green leaves. The interplay of these varied floral forms, combined with the intense, saturated colors, creates a naturalistic yet stylized image that feels fresh and energized.

Floral themes have always inspired me, and with this work, I aimed to capture both the spontaneous beauty of nature and the intentional craftsmanship of mosaic art.

In my workshop each student will receive a blank detailed substrate and all of the supplies are included. (see pic below) It will be a day and a half in my Ojai studio.
