Being creative during times of extreme busyness outside the studio takes grit and determination.
While starting out in a fresh new year of art-making, necessary responsibilities kept pulling me away from the studio.
I started a very detailed painting containing one beautiful iris and added a zillion tiny flowers. Then I started slipping one insect after another underneath the flowers.
Stepping back, I thought "ah ha, beauty among chaos".
