For inspiration leading to one of my first paintings made this year, I visited a big nursery. It was a wonderful place, packed with plants and warmth.
That place belongs to a man who has great plant knowledge; how they grow, when they bloom and what their proper names are but also a great love of those plants in his care.
I was so drawn in by that environment and so inspired. I have great love of the paintings I create. The shapes and colors and the birds and insects; the design.
So here is "The Traveler and the Messenger", a brand-new painting for this year.
