I was scared and happy to see you.
The past year I took a new road on my art journey. Creating with glass.
For many years you have known me as a painter.
So when the tour weekend was approaching, I found myself a little nervous and scared.
I had all new work in a completely different medium.
What would you think about that?
My imagination went all over the map answering that question..

You arrived with curiosity.
It was welcome.
Looking inquisitively, you asked good questions and leaned into my show and tell explanation and demonstrated process.
I couldn’t have asked for more.
But you did give me more and took it away at the same time.

Thank you so much for coming on the Ojai Studio Artists Tour and buying my glass art friends and making them yours by giving them a new home.
