Look forward to visitors this weekend during the OSA Open Studios, to see the full shapes that I have been hand building from Paper Clay. This is clay that has had finely shredded paper blended into it, and is fabulous for hand-building work.
The paper content is burned out during the bisque firing, resulting in larger loosing weight. But still very strong.
As usual I am constantly playing with new recipes and painting up a few surprises. Lots of dishes, beakers and earrings too.
