In spring 2025, a Pacific Northwest road trip led me to the Mount Vernon Tulip Festival and rhododendron gardens in Seattle and Portland. The peak blooms inspired a new series. I captured impressions on my iPad, then layered painted papers and digital textures in the studio. The resulting works celebrate spring’s vivid color.
